We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows:

By Law or to Protect Rights

If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others, we may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service, and marketing assistance.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When we no longer need your personal information, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

Specifically, we retain:

  • Account information: For the duration of your account and up to 30 days after deletion request.
  • Transaction records: For up to 7 years as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.
  • Server logs: For up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting purposes.
  • Cookie data: As described in our Cookie Policy, typically between session-based and 12 months depending on cookie type.

6. Policy for Children

In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under the age of 13. Our Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under 13.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the contact information provided below so we can take appropriate action.

7. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). This section describes your rights and how to exercise them.

Right to Know

You have the right to request that we disclose what personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months, including the categories of personal information, the sources from which it was collected, the business purpose for collecting it, the categories of third parties with whom we share it, and the specific pieces of personal information collected.

Right to Delete

You have the right to request that we delete the personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions provided by law (such as legal obligations, fraud prevention, or completing a transaction).

Right to Correct

You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.

Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing

We do not sell your personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this practice changes in the future, we will update this policy and provide you with an opt-out mechanism.

Right to Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, provide a different level of quality, or suggest that you may receive a different price or quality of goods or services.

How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the contact information below or email us directly. We will verify your identity before processing your request. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days. If we need more time, we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.

8. Additional U.S. State Privacy Rights

In addition to California, several other U.S. states have enacted comprehensive privacy laws that may grant you additional rights depending on your state of residence:

Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), and Similar State Laws

If you are a resident of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Montana, or other states with comprehensive privacy laws, you may have similar rights including:

  • Right to access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to correct inaccuracies in your personal data.
  • Right to delete your personal data.
  • Right to data portability — obtain a copy of your data in a portable format.
  • Right to opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, and profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information provided below. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to appeal our decision or lodge a complaint with your state's Attorney General.

Nevada

Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of certain covered information. We do not currently sell covered information as defined under Nevada law. If you have questions, please contact us.

9. Do Not Track Disclosure

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected.

At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted in the future that we must follow, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because no industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals currently exists, we do not respond to them at this time.
